On the date 10th of December MCC post, a notice on its official site which informs that starting date for counselling is decided after 6th Jan 2022 because there is a plea in the supreme court for the reservation. After hearing of supreme court MCC give date of counselling.

The appeal is about the reservation of OBC candidates and EWS candidates and exactly is :
The AIQ scheme, 27% reservation in respect of OBC as per central education institutions (reservation in admission) act 2006 shall be provided from the academic session 2021-22 for undergraduate and postgraduate medical/dental courses.
